Ornaments are sold in lots of dozens and table toppers in 6’s. Each is made of poly-resin, which feels like ceramic but is much more durable.

The products are great. The lack of customer service is AWFUL! Fulfillment earlier this year was on point and decent, despite some hiccups. Now, it's awful. 3 weeks beyond the expected ship date with no communication from the seller beyond our attempts to reach them... It's awful. We have so many items on backorder that we cannot get backorder dates on, and NOR will the supplier cancel them. This business is not that professionally ran.
