Unfortunately, we received a bad batch where the sewing the on the inside was incomplete. We didn't notice until customers started using them and the stuffing came out and seams were coming apart. Buyer beware to double check the insides of the puppets when you receive them. We noticed too late and could not get assistance. The Cats were done well but we lost on the Capybara, Unicorn and Raccoon. UPDATE: the customer service response was excellent and the quality issue is being addressed
