Inspired by this original mix, Confiture Parisienne produces each winter its special Chestnut - Pear - Tonka jam, out of fresh fruits and nuts. Their choice of adding tonka beans gives a little “je-ne-sais-quoi” to the recipe. Carefully handmade with love in Paris, this jam is best to add as a topping on toast, brioche or even on a cottage cheese!
