I love the stones, the fast turn-around, the quality, and the price BUT ugh!!! polystyrene chips to pack the product. I loved the attention to protecting the product during shipping but have you ever tried to unpack a product padded with polystyrene chips or packing peanuts is a horrible experience. They stick to everything and float away in the air as you try to dump them out into a receptacle for disposal. Not recyclable or reusable - my customers hate them too.
