Description
A versatile old-world blend featuring garlic and rosemary. Makes a creamy dip, an elegant hors d’oeuvre cheeseball, a zesty oil and vinegar salad dressing, or a tenderizing marinade for chops. For dip, stir mix into 1 pint sour cream. For cheeseball, blend package ingredients into 8-ounces softened cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons sour cream, and 8-ounces shredded cheese. Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and chill. Serve with crackers. To make a Vegan Dip, blend package ingredients with 16 ounces of Toffuti Sour Supreme. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables. Marinade: Stir mix into 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. Chop 1 onion and add. Pour over steak or chops. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Cook meat as desired.

These dips are amazing! Easy to make and the taste is so good! One of the dip packets I received was open and had spilled out in the shipping box. I spoke with Anne and she was quick to replace it. I think the packaging could be better, the dip mix bags are just stapled shut, but overall they're great!
