Description
Created as a gift in 2006, RLM's former collective Northland Poster then turned this impressive image into a large offset print. \n \nThe poster depicts union workers of many trades coming together across borders in solidarity and struggle. A protest, picket line, blockade and rally all gather, while agents of corporate-state surveillance look on from the upper corners. The tire assembly line and the sign for "Camp Justice" refers to the 1990's international struggle in which the United Steelworkers took on Bridgestone/Firestone Tires. Workers and allies set up camp outside the corporation's headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. \n \nThe text around the border says, in several languages, "Research, Strategy, Power, Escalation." The bottom says "Global Companies, Global Unions, Global Research, Global Campaigns."
