Sterling Silver & Hand Carved Bone BASTET Kitty Pendant, approximately 2.5" long plus bail. Bastet is the Egyptian Cat Goddess associated with protection from evil spirits and disease. She is also the Goddess of Pregnancy and Childbirth. The White Bone is hand carved cow bone and the black is hand carved Buffalo Horn. In Bali, they use the entirety of the cow or buffallo, nothing is wasted, and they are most certainly not killed for the sake of jewelry! This is the ultimate in recycling!
