Features also include a bar-tacked drawstring at the waist to help when little ones are growing which meets CPSC standards. These rain pants are tough - made with 240T pongee with a transparent TPU membrane for durable waterproofing. Whether you're hiking, camping, jumping on the playground, or simply caught in the rain, these rain pants will keep your child dry and happy. Roomy enough to fit over most under layer clothing.
