The bark behind the brand. Lil Kids Clothing is named after my 6.5lb Maltese Shih Tzu mix, Lilly, who's personality is 100x her size. She is everything I hope to encourage in a daughter of my own one day - smart, sassy, passionately persuasive, and knows just how much she is loved. Lil (the brand) is built on a passion for all things adorable and my own love of design. When I was a little girl, my grandmother smocked and sewed all of my clothes and their heirloom quality lasts to this day. She kept in mind the joys of childhood with her designs - smocked fish with little eyelashes and lips, dancing crabs, and other fun themes to make me smile. Like her, I want to design beautiful clothes that are passed down over the years so that others will share the joy that these clothes hopefully bring to your family.
