I originally placed an order for some hats back in January, but due to circumstances outside of the vendor’s control, the shipment was delayed and eventually canceled in early April. I reached out to the vendor, and she was incredibly kind and responsive. She quickly placed a new order for me and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate her great communication and the way she handled the situation. Thank you Kara !

Absolutely love these hats. Beautiful material, beautiful product. Customers loved them as well. If I didn't have such a pea sized head, I'd consider keeping them for myself! LOL. Kara has been wonderful to work with. She was able to bump up my ship date and I got them in time for my town's big summer event!
