The bags are ok. The description says made chemical free but each one has a distinct chemical smell. I bought these to personalize with a laser and now I'm not sure that's safe. The bags KIND of look like the picture. Color on each one is slightly off. The free dop bag was a different color than the duffle. On some of them there's loose threads at the end of stitching I cut off. I'm not sure these can be sold for MSRP. Likely selling at cost to break even.

Poor customer service. The first package was lost and then was replaced( which I was pleased with), but when second package arrived it had items packed in the side pockets which I was unaware of. When I contacted them over missing items I was asked not to order anymore as if I was trying to steal from them. I never thought to look in the side pockets especially when the bag was tightly taped and creased. I asked for packing slip to return and got crickets!
