NEVER order from this brand.I ordered 9/18. Fulfillment says 11-14 days. bs. I messaged several times when my stuff still wasn’t shipped a month later.I wrote Rachael whom is very rude and lied. she assured me after several messages that I would receive by my event on 10/17. When it wasn’t even shipped by then I was even more pissed.. I wrote her again and she said she never said that. after I sent screenshot still no response. Would not let me cancel like it says, received 10/22 & shirts suck..
