These are shelled, natural, raw walnut halves and pieces. We grow the Chandler variety of English walnuts and these are light halves and pieces. Approximately 40-60% halves. Walnuts are a great addition to so many dishes. We love them mixed into banana, zucchini, and apple breads--just like Grandma would make! They are a perfect nutty addition for cookies and rich fudge brownies! Toast and chop them for a healthy, crunchy salad topper! Available in 12 oz, 2 lb, 3 lb, and 25 lb sizes
