Designed and made in our Hudson Valley New York Studio. Ships directly from our studio. End-grain construction means the wood fibers stand upright to meet the knife, so the edge slips between them instead of scarring across the face. The surface self-heals, stays smooth for years, and protects blades far better than a face-grain board. The carved underside groove is a hidden lift — sweep the board off the counter in one motion or hang it on a hook between uses.
