We never received our massage table. We contacted them countless times, but no response. We reordered the table, still no shipment and no response. We missed our deadline for needing the table. The items we did receive are in good quality, but communication and fulfillment would be 0 stars if allowed! Don’t trust them!

I Ordered a chair that needed to be assembled but when I opened the package the parts were all over the box, no package stuffing for security,the box was completely intact so it was not the carrier it was poor packing. The worst part, No Instructions and no hardware. Save me your passive aggressive response(s) to this review, with trying to somehow make it my fault. Its clear from your responses to other bad reviews that you take no accountability, that should take you far.

The chair I ordered was supposed to be new and came used, scratched up and without the parts to assemble the chair. It was in a box that was not the box for the chair and was sticky from where someone used it and returned it.. I am so disappointed. I can't believe they would sent me this mess.. There are no screws or a Allen wrench to event put the chair together..

I ordered a saddle stool to use with my lash bed and it works perfectly. Love that is raises and lowers. I also order a child booster seat for the salon and it’s perfect.
