I took time to read reviews and some of the "broken product" reviews concerned me. I was having a Christmas open-house and no time to deal with returns. I emailed Transpac and explained my concern. They went to the warehouse and made sure the packages were packed extra well and got the package out early. It was an excellent experience and the product was excellent. I have already sold everything I ordered.

I had a sizable order and only 2 things were broken in the shipment, which is good considering the majority of things were breakable. Quality was good and items matched description.

wrong items sent in box and by the time the correct ones were sent out most were out of stock and missing from the box.....which turns out to be a good thing because the quality of the ornaments were horrible...smeared paint missing sparkles...DIRTY....won't reorder and won't recommend
