The communication & shipping were a little disappointing. I had to reach out a few times regarding my package not being shipped on time and was told that they “believe that my package was shipped a week prior” However the package was then shipped the next day. The initial responses I would get back were fast but there was no apology for the shipping mistakes. The redeeming factor is that the product is absolutely beautiful and they are friendly! I do still recommend :)
