We grow the wheat in Middle Georgia. We take the wheat berries to a Miller. He lifts the gate to his pond to activate the turbine the moves the 4 foot stone mill to grind our berries into fresh flour! Our flour is "speckled" because we grind the whole berry into flour. We use the flour as a base for the Homemade Baking Mixes we produce. The other dry ingredients we add are ingredients you can pronounce. No preservatives. No fillers. No unpronounceable words!
