With a lifelong love for the art of baking, Lindsey set out on a mission to create decadent desserts, using only the highest-quality ingredients and the perfect blend of wholesome, gluten-free flours. Diagnosed with Celiac disease, (a digestive condition caused by the consumption of gluten) Lindsey became determined to transform all her recipes into gluten-free delicacies. The result?
