I have ordered a lot of clothing and loved them, but trying to get a hold of them for an issue is nearly impossible. I’ve messaged in Faire, used the companies chat option, messaged on Facebook with NO RESPONSE! I have a business in the same town purchasing items and selling them for below MSRP and they’re not even a clothing store. Not sure how this is possible but kinda unprofessional to say the least! Would love for someone to actually respond to issues but NOBODY does!
