While we recommend using a French press for best results, tea balls and regular strainers work, too! Empty entire jar of herbal blend into a ziplock bag and shake until thoroughly combined, then pour contents back into original jar Depending on desired strength, start by spooning in 1-2 teaspoons of herbal blend Pour 8oz of boiling water over herbs Covering the tea, steep for at least 10-15 minutes Strain herbs from water Sip, savor, and enjoy! A trial size of tea is a great option for new tea drinkers or tea enthusiasts that want to try something new!! Steeps about 2 cups.
