Very well packed outside of boxes storing china however 6 flower pots in box have no protection, I had 3 broken ones on arrival.

Gorgeous products as always. The "blue" looks more like gray to me... Unfortunately, this is the second consecutive order where several items have arrived broken. Perhaps the packaging could be altered - at the moment the pots arrive shoulder to shoulder with no packaging in between. Maybe, while you're at it, change to paper rather than plastic as well 🙏
