Our Takema Sencha comes from the farm of Mr. and Mrs. Furuta, our farmers in Yamaga, Kumamoto. The same tea that launched KyuTeaCo, now brought directly to you. Carefully hand-picked during the first spring harvest (ichiban cha) when the leaves are most vibrant and flavorful. The leaves are steamed immediately after harvest to lock in freshness and preserve their brilliant green color. **Tasting Notes:** Fresh-cut grass, steamed edamame, subtle sweetness with a clean finish.
