I just received my order then went to Home Goods for my daughter and there was the product I had just received the day before. How does Faire work with this type of situation. I do not want product that could be at Home Goods. Is there any control on this type of situation? Or do we retailers just have to take our chances.

We absolutely love My Mind's Eye, but sadly we've had some issues recently with our orders - wrong items being sent, slow response to emails to get it fixed and it just makes things a little harder than it needs to be.. I don't like to leave a bad review because honestly, the stock is lovely, but I'm just hoping this is the way to get my order fixed!!
