Description
Mrs. Anderson's Baking Floral Scroll Mini Embossing Rolling Pin stamps a high level of detail on dough and fondant in a single easy roll to make decorative cookies, pie crusts, and cakes. Ideal for home bakers and pastry chefs, the deeply etched design imprints spectacular detail into the top of rolled dough and fondant. Ball bearings inside the cylinder roll it smoothly, every time. Mix and match with other embossed rolling pins for multi-patterned cookies. For best results, use an embossed cookie recipe for a dough that won't spread or lose its design during the baking process. Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out.
