Our customers love these puzzles and keep coming back for more. While I am aware of the cost increases as far as shipping a 30% shipping fee is not acceptable. Time for a rethink on the affordability of this product to the customers.

I don't think that asking for four extra puzzles to be added to an order the previous day is really too much to ask. Not according to their customer service department. I think that's not customer service it's a "jobsworth" response.
