Filling: Rice, flax seeds, dried lavender buds Cover: Linen casing with cotton handles, cotton flannel removable cover (prints), bamboo fleece (charcoal solid) To Use Hot: Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. To Use Cold: Store in freezer until ready to use. Care Instructions: The outside cover can be removed and machine washed and dried. Spot clean the interior muslin casing and handles.
