Can I give them more than five stars? Because everything they do is 10/10, no notes, fantastic! Their customer service is phenomenal and when I was in a pinch for more tiny vases for the hottest product of my holiday season, they were SO fast to help me out and get me the vases ASAP! I am so in love with everything they do and HOW they treat their customers. Forever customer right here!

The product is good quality and is priced fairly. Chive does not give refunds for or send replacements for items broken in shipping. You have to place another order to receive compensation for the broken pieces. I had two broken pots in my order and have no reason to place another order if they do not sell well. Knowing the hoops you have to jump through to get damage resolved, I will not order again even if they do sell well.
