PREPARATION TIPS: 🇦🇷 Argentine style (with a filtering straw) 1. Fill a cup or mug with 30 cl. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate. 3. Pour hot water (max 80°). 4. Place your filtering straw and let it infuse for 5 minutes or more. Enjoy, then re-infuse the same dose several times! 🇫🇷 French style (like an infusion) With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug … 1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate. 2. Pour hot water (max 80°), let it infuse for at least 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy, then re-infuse up to 2 to 3 times!
