Asked to cancel several times due to the fact that the order was all linen items and the time frame to receive was time-sensitive. I was told "it already shipped" when it arrived over a month later. Now we are stressed to sell items quickly and more than likely will be put on sale in the next few days. I gave it two stars since the clothes are adorable and well-made. However, the experience was not a good one and will end up being a financial loss for us more than likely.
