Always a BAD EXPERIENCE! RUDE customer service, will not respond. You have a wonderful brand and customers love your product. The POOREST quality packaging. Your dismissal to correct your packaging quality is not acceptable. This aligns with you knowing the durability of the package is not withstanding during shipping. It has been nothing but a clean up job on every order. Your distributors package your products far better than you.

Could have been packed better. The other products were as expected, but one case of shampoo was destroyed so I didn’t except it. I hope that it was sent back by the delivery guy as promised…and the order will be fixed. Castor pro growth shampoo..I had assurance it would be handled, but to no avail. I have started making full payments so I would like a invoice showing adjustment or case of shampoo. Thanks 3095061459 The Manswer Store

The shipment was fast, but one thing they need to make sure is that all of the tops are closed tightly on the items. I spent hours trying to clean off the item.
