Description

[Atria] One of Redbook’s Best Books of 2016 “A heady cocktail of nostalgia, a seductive Frenchman, a passionate love triangle, and a mysterious disappearance.” —The Seattle Times A smart, obsessive debut novel about a young woman studying abroad who becomes caught up in a seductive French world—and a complex web of love and lust. When thirty-year-old Brooke Thompson unexpectedly runs into a man from her past, she’s plunged headlong into memories she’s long tried to forget about the year she spent in France following a disastrous affair with a professor. Scary book!

Scary book!

This is a great book. I have no problem with the book, but the publisher shipping them is completely careless in the way that they're packing them. . It's frustrating because 15 out of 23 books have some sort of cover or spine damage and people are paying hard earned money to get these books. They want them to be in good quality. I know that they send books to big bookstores that don't have these types of cover issues so I feel like it's just careless packing to small businesses.
