It is filled with an expertly balanced blend of extra virgin olive oil made from Ogliarola and Coratina olives. Since 1926, the Galantino family has mastered the craft of extra virgin olive oil in Biscelgie, near Bari, in Puglia. They meticulously select the finest Ogliarola and Coratina olives from their groves, hand-harvesting them traditionally and milling with granite millstones.
