Rose Quartz is known as the stone of unconditional love and emotional healing. It is believed to open the heart chakra, promote self-love, and foster compassion and forgiveness. Cherished in meditation and healing practices, Rose Quartz is thought to bring a gentle energy that helps release emotional wounds and cultivate a deeper connection with oneself and others. Scientifically, rose quartz is a variety of quartz with the chemical formula SiO₂. Its soft pink color results from trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese. Rose Quartz has a Mohs hardness of 7.
