The print quality was low, the brown color was very green in person and the cost was too high for the product quality. We have other matches in the shop that are lower price and are incredibly high quality and foiled. Cute design concept but for collectors, the price point is not aligned with others on the market.

Hi Justyne! I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with this particular SKU. Unfortunately, our supplier sent us a batch with faulty ink. We would be happy to refund you or we can send you new ones from our new production run. I agree the price point does not work considering the faulty ink. When the printing is done right, the market supports our price point. We would not have any margin if we sold it for less. I would love to make this right for you in whichever way you prefer!
