These Strip Steaks (NY Strip) are tender and full of flavor, perfect for your grill! These steaks can also be pan-seared and are great when finished with butter, garlic, and thyme. We recommend wet-aging these steaks in the original packaging for up to 21 days before cooking. An easy method of cooking these steaks can be found in our recipe section. This recpe was initially made using ribeyes, but the same principles can be applied to the Strip Steak! Strip Loin Steak - 10oz
I was raised on a cattle ranch and my parents sold ranch raised grass fed beef for a long time. So I know the value of a good steak. And man these are some good steaks!! I have a gas station about 2 hours from the nearest grocery store so I have a lot of people depending on me for so many things. And thanks to Capital meats steaks, ground beef and hamburger patties are on that list. And my locals get some of the best beef out there!! I have already placed my 2nd order!!
