Entertaining Set - 4Pc
Our order was supposed to ship on 11/30 but ended up not shipping until 12/7 after several emails to customer service complaining. They offered no expedited shipping or any sort of compensation for the HUGE delay. On tope of that, we got our order in today and there were SEVERAL items broken into pieces. This was not a UPS issue, they were broken before leaving the warehouse. Awful experience.

We contacted Pampa Bay and was told to send them an email with pix. We did so, only to receive the email back today with instructions to contact FAIRE. Attached is the email that was send, along with photos of the products. This is NOT A SHIPPER ISSUE, IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE. The MDSE WAS NOT CHECKED PRIOR TO SHIPPING TO US.
