Our Strawberry Vanilla Rhubarb is our newest item and is our first that isn't spicy at all. We released over Thanksgiving weekend in 2021 and has become a fan favorite quite quickly. The Vanilla can be subtle but highlights the strawberry and rhubarb very well. We use real Vanilla Bean Powder, so the vanilla flavor tends to get stronger as it sits in the jar. Because this product is so new to the market we haven't had as much feedback as far as recipe ideas. The feedback we have received so far is that it is great as a glaze on cinnamon rolls and it pairs well with any salted/cured meats like summer sausage and makes a delicious pastry filling. It goes great on charcuterie boards or just eaten by the spoonful as some of our customers have suggested. We have only had a handful of events to sample out this product, but it seems to be taking the lead as far as sales.
