Thanks to its shape, farfalle is particularly suitable for summer salads accompanied by vegetables and country ham. Try this pasta on a Farfalle recipe with ricotta and smoked ham. Cooking time: 7-8 mins. It is durum wheat semolina paste drawn in bronze with incomparable strength compared to industrial pasta. The times we indicate are Italian recommendations and therefore it is a minimum to obtain pasta al dente. Do not hesitate to increase the cooking time by one or two minutes and to be sure to introduce them into boiling water and not boiling!
