About this product
Our award-winning sheep milk pecorino cheese, comparable to a pecorino toscano. It is firm, nutty, and aged 3-6 months. While it is a delight to grate and cook with (or finish pasta), it is a crowd-pleasing stunner on a cheeseboard. Notes of brown butter, macadamia nuts, it pairs beautifully with chocolate, toffee, nuts, and a dessert wine like Sauternes. These approximately 1/3 lb pieces are vacuum-sealed, should be kept refrigerated, and have a shelf-life of 3 months.
