Our Milk chocolate bar has won Silver in all of the Americas in 2023 at the International Chocolate Awards. We have chosen our Haitian cacao which creates a rich and flavorful base chocolate and have combined it with our whole milk powder which adds a full-bodied creaminess to the chocolate. Our Dark Milk chocolate contains roughly 2x the cacao found in commercial milk chocolates, which gives a perfectly balanced sweetness and a richness not usually obtained from typical milk chocolates. Made from bean-to-bar in Waco, Texas. Heritage Food Crafters has won over 7 international awards including 2nd place in the world for their 36% White Chocolate in 2023.
