Description
Meloniski, born in Villacidro in 1943, is a self-taught Sardinian artist who has lived in Paris and Milan. He traveled all over Europe to deepen his knowledge of the classics and the avant-garde. He currently lives in the Lodi area and is mainly dedicated to marble, bronze and wood sculpture, as well as painting and ceramics. His art is a combination of creativity and craftsmanship, with three main areas of research: sculpture, ceramics and painting. After 1991, he opted for lighter materials, using hand paper and mixed techniques such as acrylic and tempera, creating sensory works that evoke emotions. His paintings present dreamy and surrealistic atmospheres, with images of characters that float and fish that plow through silent cities. Dimensions: 15x10 cm. Limited edition of 200 Arab copies and L Roman examples, serigraphy created in 2024, signed and numbered. The frame is not included, but available separately (20x20 cm).
