Many items were missing from the order, which they indicated on the packing slip by marking an X next to those items, but it was never reported to Faire that they didn't include the items, so I was still being charged for them. Also, these are listed as gold filled. They are in fact gold plated. I run an earring store, and this will not suffice! Truth in advertising, Faire! This has already been reported by others and it continues to be allowed.

I've ordered from MIA MANY times & my most recent order there were some obvious quality issues(bending posts, poor quality metal, additional jump rings attached that shouldn't be, earring backs that fall off). I reached out 2x over 2 months providing them with this feedback and looking for a way to move forward. Both of my messages have been left on 'read' and no one has contacted me back to address my concerns. If you order from this brand and encounter issues do not expect professionalism
