This was my first order with Abbott, and their products and customer service were great. I did receive 4 blemished planters and 1 chipped planter, but they resolved that quickly for me. They filled my order quickly which I appreciated. I also appreciated the good and sturdy packaging they use in their shipments.

I really was excited about these products. We ordered a large amount of Concrete heads, Planters Etc. Although Cute...Not at all a quality product. Concrete products chip very easily and Now I'm concerned after a year in use will they Crack and break down..Because if they are chipping this easily..I know they will. Also Beware anything that is discounted it was for a reason, its badly painted or had manufacturing issues.
