Wholesale Apple Pie Jam

Around here we make cast iron apple pies religiously. The first time an orange leaf is spotted an apple pie must be made. It is how we celebrate the beginning of the autumn season. This jam with its beautiful blend of heirloom apples and spices is our tribute to that annual feeling. Apples are collected from the orchard out back. The one that has been there for a century, brought to the kitchen, peeled, cut, and seasoned. Crusts are added. The oven is warmed. The pie and Autumn are here. Each half pint jar is made by hand on the farm. Small batch.
