After working for more than 10 years in the medical industry as a biller and coder, owner Sandy Defelice looked for a career change. Deeply fascinated with oils, vinegar, and cooking in general, Sandy used and studied the products of the company and found herself greatly satisfied. She then bought the business, hoping to share her passion with other people. Today, Sandy and her husband Dennis Defelice Jr. are committed to meeting the needs of their customers and making their shopping experience an absolute pleasure.
