All items were nicely put together. The order came in 2 separate shipments. I had an issue with 2 items arriving damaged. The issue was immediately fixed. I've had great customer service relations with this company. I would be dealing with them again.

I was somewhat disappointed with the shipping of items. I submitted a request for an exchange on two items, and received the items damaged again. Fragrance oil leaked all over the items rendering them useless to me. I hope that they correct this issue with packing as their products are nice and do smell good.
