Sure grip adjustable speed rope. 2.7 metre long adjustable rope. Textured handles for extra comfort and grip. Nonkink, easyglide rope. Great for cardio, Strengthens core. 1. Remove your Adjustable Speed Rope from its packaging 2. To adjust length, twist the cap at the bottom of each handle 3. Seperate the cap from the stopper and adjust to your desired length 4. Once adjusted, click the cap back into the stopper to secure your rope 5. Twist the cap of your handle securely and you are now ready to use your speed rope.

Products are of good quality, processing and delivery was very quick. Some of the packaging on the heavier weights came slightly damaged but nothing I can really complain about, especially given the weight of the items! 10/10 would recommend.
