Amazing customer service and very good to work with!!! The coloring on the letters was not very bright for red, and it was hard to read. I chose the lettering, so this is also my fault. I would have accepted guidance or advice to discourage me from 3 letters over two, for ease of reading and visibility. The item is as stated, but I will not be able to price it where I had hoped, due to the appearance and feel of the sweatshirt, it does not feel high-end, for sure more of a low priced item.
