This may sell just for the novelty of the thing but it's also a delicious product! The jam nobody asked for. But here it is. From the twisted mind of Jay the Pepper Alchemist comes a mind bending combination of pleasure and pain. Fresh sweet strawberries, dripping with dew, sunlight reflecting off the blushing skin, are picked at the height of ripeness. We then add the Death Spiral Chili pepper. An angry red, twisted and gnarled pepper that looks like a pepper the devil himself would be scared to eat. Together we end up with a jam that starts off sweet and delicious and then quickly begins to punish whoever is crazy enough to try it. A solid burn develops that sits on the tongue and lasts a few minutes. This jam is a study in dichotomy, a tale of sweet and spicy, angels and devils, love and hate. It's pretty good though. You should try it.
